Shipping in Canada
We generally prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days.
After shipping, estimated delivery within Canada is 7 to 15 days, depending on the destination, carrier and time of year. These timeframes are estimates and are not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
Shipping fees in Canada
- Standard shipping: 12 CAD
- Free standard shipping on orders of 50 CAD or more
Other options may appear at checkout when available for your address and the products ordered.
Order tracking
When a tracking number is provided by the carrier, it is sent by email as soon as the order ships.
Seasonal delays
During busy periods, including before Halloween and during the holidays, delays may occur because of order volume, transportation, customs or circumstances outside PawGlow’s control. We recommend ordering as early as possible for purchases tied to a specific date or event.

Shipping options and fees to the United States are shown at checkout when available. Delivery times may vary by product and destination; we do not advertise a fixed delivery time unless it has been confirmed for the order concerned.
